Gross weight and Net weight.
Delivery: Upon payment of the shipment cost and local charges by Buyer which
amount will be deducted from the value of goods when final payment will take place.
This will be as the commitment.
Payment: Buyer pay *4 days after receiving the acceptable test results.
Procedure to Copper Cathodes by CIF terms
1. Buyer issue ICPO + RWA /BCL+NCNDA+ CIS+ PASSPORT.
2. The Seller issue the FCO.
3. The Buyer and Seller enter into contract according to their own
agreement
4. The Buyer physically checks the goods.
5. The payment of the Copper Cathodes will take place when the goods
have been assayed by the buyer’s representative.
6. The Seller representative will travel together with the Buyer to assist the
Buyer at the Port of Discharge and to control the transfer of the payment
to the Sellers Bank account.
7. Payment shall be made to the Seller’s nominated bank within *4 days
after the receipt of the final assay report from Buyer’s Inspection
8. This offer is valid for *0 days.
9. First payment to be paid in Tanzania to facilitate the shipping, local
charges
